We guarantee our services in their entirety, except for the following exceptions:
In case we do not have the authorization and/or permission to carry out any recording service.
When natural events (hurricanes, storms, etc.) or social factors (crime and/or violence in general) prevent the service.
In the event of physical or moral damage to VAMOSALLA filming crew during the recording process.
If work tools (cameras, drones, lenses, microphones, etc.) are damaged or stolen during the recording process.
If any of these aforementioned work impediments affect the integrity of the personnel or jeopardize the work tools, the CLIENT may be subject to possible service cancellation without refund and without the right to claims.
