The FULL AMOUNT must be covered by the established date set by VAMOSALLA.
Otherwise, it is at the discretion of VAMOSALLA to proceed with the agreed-upon service, and the CLIENT is subject to a LATE PAYMENT TAX.
If the CLIENT fails to meet the agreed-upon terms with VAMOSALLA due to payment default, there is a risk of complete erased of the footage, and the CLIENT will have no right to claims against VAMOSALLA.
The established costs are prices excluding VAT.
