We guarantee our services in their entirety, except in the following exceptions:

In case of lacking authorization and/or permission to carry out any recording service.

When natural agents (hurricanes, storms, etc.) or social factors (crime and/or violence in general) prevent it.

If the filming equipment of VAMOSALLA suffers physical or moral damages during the recording process.

When work tools (cameras, drone, lenses, microphones, etc.) are damaged or stolen during the recording process.

If any of these aforementioned work impediments affect the integrity of the crew or jeopardize the work tools, the CLIENT may be subject to a possible service cancellation without refund and without the right to claims.
