The Client grants Vamosallá Films a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and royalty-free license to use all footage, photographs, and audiovisual materials created during the project for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, including (but not limited to) portfolio, website, social media channels, contests, and film festivals.
